1. Who we are

Wowza (wowza.digi.bh) is a shop operated by Wisdom Digi Cyber Solutions W.L.L, CR 153479-1, Bldg 1239, Road 531, Block 905, Riffa, Kingdom of Bahrain.

2. Agreement to these terms

By browsing or ordering from Wowza you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the shop. These terms are a binding agreement between you and Wisdom Digi Cyber Solutions W.L.L.

3. Orders

  • You must be at least 18, or ordering with a parent's or guardian's permission.
  • The details you give at checkout (name, mobile, email, address) must be accurate so we can deliver.
  • An order is accepted once payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order we refund it in full.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) and are the price you pay at checkout.
  • We accept credit and debit cards, Benefit debit cards, BenefitPay and Apple Pay, processed securely by Tap Payments. Your card details never reach our servers.
  • Your bank statement may show the merchant as Wisdom Digi, the company that operates Wowza.

5. Delivery

We deliver within the Kingdom of Bahrain only. Delivery is free unless the checkout says otherwise. We will contact you on the mobile number you give us to arrange delivery.

7. Product information

We try to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and packaging may change from the photos.

8. Acceptable use

You may not scrape the site, use bots or automated systems to place orders, try to get around security features, or use the shop for any unlawful purpose.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Beyond those rights, Wisdom Digi Cyber Solutions W.L.L is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an order will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

10. Intellectual property

The Wowza name, logo and site content belong to Wisdom Digi Cyber Solutions W.L.L. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners.

11. Privacy

We use your details only to process and deliver your order and to support you. See our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the courts of Bahrain have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms; the version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
